Reflections Group Home is a licensed provider through the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), offering Community Residential Alternative (CRA) services and out-of-home respite care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We serve men and women ages 18 and older who require moderate to high levels of support, providing a structured environment where each individual receives personalized, person-centered care.

Out-of-Home
Respite Care
Short-term care for families and caregivers who need time to rest and recharge. Individuals receive the same level of care, attention, and structure as full-time residents.
Community Residential Alternative Services
24/7 support in a safe, structured, and home-like environment. We assist with daily living, behavioral support, and overall well-being while encouraging independence and dignity.
Medication Management & Health Monitoring

We provide access to necessary medical equipment and adaptive tools that support comfort, mobility, and quality of life.
Personal Care &
Daily Living Support
Assist with essential daily activities: bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and mobility. We focus on maintaining independence while providing hands-on support.
